Online meetings are a practical, quick, and cost-effective way of holding “virtual” meetings. Good online conference tools give you the opportunity to spontaneously invite others to an ad hoc conference or to schedule meetings with participants throughout the world well in advance. And if you select the right software for your conferencing, it doesn’t make a difference if you are sitting in front of a PC or a Mac. In both cases you are able to share your desktop with the participants.
